We use your information to run MyChemLab AI: to answer your chemistry questions, power interactive experiments, track your progress, and continuously improve how the product teaches. Everything we do with your data is in service of your learning.

We do not sell your personal information, and we never use student data to serve advertising. We may send you essential service messages, and only send product updates if you have opted in.

MyChemLab AI uses artificial intelligence to generate explanations, guide experiments, and respond to your questions. Your prompts and conversations may be processed by trusted AI providers solely to deliver these features. We do not allow your content to be used to train third-party AI models.

We take special care with data from students under 18 and collect only what is needed to support learning. Schools and teachers are responsible for obtaining any required parental consent.
